Unprinted Documents Piling Up? Many QuickBooks users find multiple documents, such as Invoices, Cash Receipts, Purchase Orders, etc. marked for printing, and they have no need to print those documents. The "To Be Printed" check box was inadvertently selected and now, when they want to print a single document, the list of documents waiting to be printed is enormous. Some users report well over a thousand items waiting for printing. In QuickBooks, the only way to remove those documents from the print list is to open each document, one at a time, and deselect the To Be Printed option. A better option is to "sort of" print the documents. It's a fake printing, but it works. In fact, this solution is often handy outside of QuickBooks.
